WARRANTY CLAIM RULES

Bathex Mirrors include a 2 year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of misuse, accident, modification, or self-repair. This warranty also does not include purchases from unauthorized retailer/online seller, purchased “as-is” or used/previously owned.
Should your product become defective during the warranty period, Bathex will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product, at no charge. However, you are responsible for properly packing your product and any applicable shipping charges to Bathex.

Bathex shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.
